Elite Controls was given the opportunity to supply a unique control panel for a chemical process plant.  The operator can input into the HMI a recipe of percentages for component chemicals and a final product delivery rate.   The microcontroller controls the VFDs using PID closed loop control algorithm that provides the exact ratio of chemical ingredients required.
