• Offline Filtration Systems – Schroeder offers a complete range of hydraulic oil filter systems for removing contaminants and water from hydraulic fluids. Our offline hydraulic oil filter systems include both mobile filtration carts and fixed kidney loop systems up to 90 GPM.
• Dewatering Units – can remove both free and dissolved water from fluids for any reservoir size.

Donaldson

• Filter Carts – provides a convenient portable mode of off-line kidney loop filtration, flushing and fluid transfer. Use it with your in-plant machinery and hydraulic equipment to achieve and maintain proper ISO cleanliness levels.
• Filter Buddy – handheld portable system provides the capability to kidney loop reservoirs that you normally cannot reach with larger filter carts. Its small size and light weight allow for carrying up and down stairs and access into tight or confined spaces. It also fits on the top of a drum for convenient transferring and filtering from drum to reservoir.

• By-pass Filter Systems – Permanently installed bypass filtration using the flow and pressure of the system that is being filtered.

Diagnostic Equipment

• Donaldson – Portable Fluid Analysis Kit – Fluid analysis is a snapshot of what is happening inside your equipment. It tells you the condition of the lubricant and identifies component wear and contamination in virtually any application. The Donaldson Portable Fluid Analysis Kit allows you to conduct immediate on-site particulate analysis in as little as ten minutes.
• Schroeder Checkpoint Test System – a fast, easy, and safe way to test pressures up to 10,000 psi (680 bar) in hydraulic systems under operation. They are available in both 1620 (M16 x 2.0) and 1215 (M12 x 1.5 reverse buttress) connection threads with a variety of screw-in port threads. The standard poppet style features a primary seal and a secondary seal, providing for absolute sealing of fluid. This design allows connection by hand at pressures up to 10,000 psi (680 bar) without any loss of fluid.
• Eaton On-Offline Measuring System – Because external factors have an extensive influence on the lubricant during operation, knowing particle size distribution on the contamination, water saturation, and temperature enables the user to evaluate the precise condition of a system. This information helps promptly initiate actions and cost-saving measures before any failures can occur.
