Hydraquip Distribution is completely owned and operated by its active employees. As an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), each and every employee is an owner of the company and with that comes a pride of ownership and initiative to please the customer.

In 2007, Hydraquip Corporation was dissolved and two separate entities were formed. We separated the component sales and systems groups into their own companies. The original component sales group is now named Hydraquip Distribution, Incorporated; and the systems group is now named Hydraquip Custom Systems, Incorporated.

Separating into two companies greatly streamlines our processes, and enhances our ability to focus on what each entity does best. We will continue to utilize reliable leading-edge technology that improves longevity, enhances productivity, and simplifies maintenance in a cost-effective manner.
